updated submodule MPQExtractor as requested in #26 and #27

if you never inited the module you are fine. If you did, you have to
 * git submodule deinit -f includes/tools/MPQExtractor
 * rm -rf .git/modules/includes/tools/MPQExtractor
 * git submodule sync
 * git submodule update --init --recursive --remote
or something among those lines (good lord..)
